By browsing this site or booking an on-site consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All quotations provided after a site visit are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Warranty Terms

Warranty terms depend on the specific tensile membrane and frame specification agreed for your project, and are confirmed in writing as part of your quotation. Fabric warranty, where applicable, covers manufacturing defects under normal usage and excludes damage from causes beyond the fabric's rated tolerance.
